HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH RCS TURNOVER SERVICE?

Complete our request form and select a convenient time for a free property walkthrough. We’ll review the property, guest-ready expectations, access instructions, turnover schedule, and linen process. A customized quote will follow, and once approved, we’ll confirm onboarding and scheduling.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I HAVE A SAME-DAY TURNOVER?

Accepted Answer

A same-day turnover occurs when one guest checks out and the next checks in on the same date. Once the turnover is scheduled and confirmed, our team works within the available window to clean, reset, and prepare the property for the arriving guests. Check-out and check-in times must be provided in advance. Last-minute additions remain subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

HOW DO I SEND RCS MY BOOKING SCHEDULE?

Accepted Answer

Email is preferred for sending your initial or complete booking schedule. We can accept screenshots of your calendar, an email listing each reservation with its check-in and check-out dates, or an Excel spreadsheet. Schedule changes, cancellations, and newly added stays may also be sent by text. Please notify us of changes as soon as possible so we can confirm availability and keep one accurate schedule for your property.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A RENTAL TURNOVER?

Every property receives a clearly defined turnover checklist established during the walkthrough. Depending on your approved service, this may include cleaning and resetting bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas; servicing floors; removing trash; changing linens; and completing the agreed-upon guest-ready details. Your quote will clearly identify the exact scope for your property.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR LINEN MANAGEMENT?

RCS requires three complete sets of all linens needed for the property’s full sleeping capacity and normal guest occupancy. The property must also have a secure, lockable linen closet or storage area that guests cannot access. This allows one set to be in use, one to be processed, and one clean set to remain ready for the next turnover.

HOW IS TURNOVER CLEANING PRICED?

Pricing is based on the property’s size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, expected condition, approved turnover scope, linen volume, and scheduling requirements. We perform a free walkthrough before providing a customized quote so the price reflects the actual property and expectations.
